It's really clear when you look at the top 20 capital cities, SA3 regions, Yara, Melbourne City, Burundara, Maribirong, Port Phillip, they are all inner city locations. And then you go to eastern suburbs of Sydney, you've got Canada Bay in Sydney, Strathfield. It's quite fascinating that we do see that. I mean, we all understand that really other regions or other centres are price takers of value compared to the city. But this is actually showing that the location is doing an enormous amount of heavy lifting.
