There really isn't a penalty for having dirty vaccines that that penalty gets socialized amongst the sick patients that sadly get hit with these things. And they have the government purchasing all these so you've got guaranteed demand. You have no liability or recourse if there's a mistake. Of course there was a rush to market and as you're well aware they were doing their best to keep any alternative treatment and early treatment out of the out of the picture. I think combination of those forces led them to have a very sloppy vaccine manufacturing process.
