Lifetime value is defining that becomes pretty hard, especially when you have a down market like this. I don't think anybody's LTVs took into account that a lot of your customers might be going out of business or they might be doing a layoff. When you do a layoff, that typically comes after you've looked at every other line item and reduced every other line Item.
