Bond Market Moves - The Dow Is Up 550 Points
The Dow is up almost 550 points, but I don't think the stock market move was nearly as significant as the moves we saw in bonds, the dollar and gold because all three of those markets had significant outside days. The yield on a 30 year fixed rate mortgage went above 7% yesterday for the first time since 2002. But also if you look at the year over year rise in rates, this is the biggest year over year increase in rates since 1981.
