A Brief History of Sencha Tea
The farmers of northern japan embraced the maxim of miazaki yasus ta, who wrote in his complete works on agriculture. If you plant it once, it will never die out no matter how many years pass. The wealthy will find comfort, and the poor will find property. One of the other major developments of this time was the creation of sencha, steeped tea of the kind most familiar to modern consumers. This technique was developed in uji some time around 17 forty, and involve steeping the whole process to tea leaf in hot water.
