Mike Downey: I think what we're starting to learn from Kim there is how we can classify or recognize certain maybe behaviors that we put into the way that we communicate and talk to our colleagues. Let's go through each of the three quadrants that we shouldn't do and let's kind of identify what they look like so we can really call it out, he says. "Radical candor" means being willing to piss people off in order to have real human relationships at work. 'Oppositional aggression' refers to a person who challenges others directly but does not care about them personally.
