Interaction Design - Is Iterative Design?

Design is definitely an iterative process. I am not attached to going only in one direction like, oh, we need to have that vision before we design the individual page. And so then they create a really great individual page that doesn't work in the scheme of how the user's interacting with the overall experience. But once we understand that flow, even if it's not perfect, but if everybody kind of agrees on it, then we can start working on that detailed design. So do you go back and forth between micro and macro? Are you designing the macro first? are you designing the micro first? Yeah.
