NATO General Secretary Jens Stoltenberg said that NATO will continue to provide more military hardware for Ukraine under fire. Earlier, CNN's Clarissa Ward spoke to some residents sheltering in an underground metro station in the city of Kharkev. The international community has by-large condemned Russia's actions among the most forceful as the United States.
