Williot is developing a chip that can detect temperature, humidity and vibration. The technology could also be used to monitor the level of medicine being taken or replenished. Willio will sell its chips for up to $500 (£250) each but are currently selling them in starte kits costing 500 dollars (about £300) A lot of the sensing is done over the air so it's not possible to ship products right away. But they hope to have their first product on sale next year.
