Bob Iger wants to show Wall Street that there is more value in Disney than they're currently giving it. If you sell a piece of ESPN or if you sell all of ABC, you're trying to create this idea that ABC freeform what have you is worth X billion dollars. Paramount's having problems with BET because Tyler Barry, who is the, some say only, most say biggest buyer, is blocking at the price,. which is not great for Paramount.
