Syncretism and the Sun Gods

Galalins: It's not as if people recognized a common concept of their respective divinities and decided to aggregate them together out of some rational principle. Rather they often actually found the the other tribes had the same deities and even called them by the same names. Galalins: People didn't think they were all the same because each religion having grown up in isolation attributed different characteristics to each of these iterations of reverence for a certain natural phenomena.
