The Duma Dissolution

Duma dissolved on 19 o six, but no one expected a full-scale revolution. The people's representatives drafted a protest manifesto addressed to the people. But they were not heeding their call and within days it was considered a dead letter. So after the duma of national anger was dissolved, grmikin submitted his resignation. And the czar replaced him as prime minister with a man whom we will introduce in full next week.
