I was curious how you deal with when smart people who you know are smart haven't done the thing that you want to do but they're giving you advice. How much should you value that opinion or perspective? I would just say building a filter for taking it and just taking it as what it is is advice. Some of the biggest mistakes I've made probably early on in my career were when somebody like you just described super smart but hadn't done what I wanted to do.
