Do I Need to Do More Than 400?

There is a clear difference between doing, let's say we using the five sixth zone model, m, doing zone one miles and zone two miles. There will be periods where you can't possibly be riding in sone one the whole time so you must enter zone two and three at some stage during those junk miles. So there will be some arobic improvement, for sure, and some conditioning and just getting used to sitting on the bike for that long. But if you're tight on time, this is not t area where you should be training exactly.
