What I've Learned From Amazon and Twitter

Twitter is not as large as a company like amazon. Each team within the large company definitely functions in a smaller environment, and its kind of operating an more of a business unit, if you will. The cross functional experience team was so much smaller than it was at amazon. And while twitter had a really global footprint, and am sing usurbas and just enormous traction in the industry, having been already public at that time, still was small. But we've grown an mos amount in the last couple of years but certainly, even at the size that we're at now, we're still not the scale or size of some er appears.
