The Stanford Law School Uproar and the Judge's Visit
I do think, you know, law schools as unhealthy as they are. There's one useful thing going on there, which is that they have to meet the needs of the federal judiciary and some universities. So I'm a little more optimistic there. What's just most notable about the judge, Duncan case is the contempt for kind of principles of open exchange and academic freedom that are expressed by these young law students.
