The Differences Between Voiced and Unvoiced

If we have a verb I believe, achieve, enjoy, you can feel it there if you hold your fingers to your throat. That's because it's voiced. The second category is with that T sound, that voiceless T, watched, helped, worked. So if the verb doesn't end or ends in a voiceless sound, then we add a T at the end, watched, laughed, helped.
