What's Happened to the Vertical Stabilizer?
The board believes that while the aircraft was cruising, vibrations in the tail section assumed catastrophic dimensions and started to affect the lateral stability of the aircraft. The reason for this must have been in the form of larger or added energy sources supporting the oscillations. They believed that that outside energy source was the a p u vibrations.
