Under Maryland law, the age of consent is 16. But there are other laws which stipulate quite clearly that in pornographic products, all of the actors and actresses must be at least 18. In a perverse turn of events, she ends up being both the victim and the perpetrator. This was avoidable all the way through and yet it wasn't avoided. The internet never forgets and prosecutors will hold you accountable.
