Building Your Own Product Team

As a product person myself, i find this very tallel. Sometimes i have a lot of strong opinions about the vision of the company or thevision of the product. In your case, i proarly feel the same, but you also hire a bunch of smart people who are helping you shape that vision. So how do you balance the influence that you have on the road map of your product te the influence that your tem has? Yes, yes. But i do think it's important to have opinions. I've found that as the job of the p m honestly doesn't change. It's just the scope changes. And so that's kind of were i spend my time....
