Andrea: automation is great it can really help and technology is amazing but there is always need to be a balance. Cole: How do you kind of calculate that balance between what should be automated and and what shouldn't be? Andrea: At the end of the story like i my view every business should be all about giving customer the best possible experience there could never be a one-feet-old type of thing so great automation as far as as is tuning correctly yeah absolutely.
