In 93, Shania had a boyfriend named Paul waiting for her back home. She said she'd missed Mutt when she returned to Nashville. So much so that the second she got home, she called him to tell him he wasn't right for her. Things with Mutt moved at the speed of light by the time that they were out in the open together. As Shania put it in the documentary, Not Just A Girl, we met, we fell in love and wrote an entire album in six months. We were married in that six months as well.
