Post Dramatic Stress

i just want a name for those of you listening. We come to this too with that sense of like it's, it's so pervasive right now, it's almost overwhelming. And i think especially for the helpers right like the people who are in positions pastoral leadership. They really haven't gotten to stop,. Like there's been an ongoing tending to the people in your midst while you're also tending to your own. It can feel completely and utterly overwhelming and almost like, you know, hat it's fine. Let's just keep surviving.
