The Effect of Location on Innovation
Economists say proximity is a huge determinante of innovation. Lack of housing has led to lack of productive capacity and slow growth in productivity. If we can get more people close to each other, coming up with ideas together, we will probably get more innovation,. i think that's one of many ways that insufficient housing as well as the onspove arts have been affected. And dissento I use the word malays like the word, i think it's a great word for our time.
