Do You Think Putin Wanted to Take Over All of Ukraine?

The Russians were trying to coerce the Ukrainians and the Americans into accepting a neutral Ukraine. Joe Biden moved into the White House in January of 2021, and he was a super hawk on Ukraine. This was a coercive strategy designed to get Ukraine to give up its ambition to become a member of NATO. And today we have a war where nobody's really talking about aneutral Ukraine. Both sides are duking it out on the battlefield.
