The Importance of Nuns in a Darkened Room

I often think that people don't count the amount of times these players as well and the amount of energy they take up. I certainly think that if a player is not fit enough for international duty, he should spend those two weeks sitting on a chair staring into the wall in a darkened room. Is that a thing you can do? Can you just get some... Can you get some nuns in? Also, not sure the thing about the nuns might not work if it's a darkenedroom. You might need a bit of light for that to have in effect as well.
