The Haitian Parsley Massacre
Raphael Trujillo, the dictator of the Dominican Republic, announced basically war against Haitians living in the Dominican Republic. A lot of Dominicans felt that Haitians brought with them crime and drunkenness. Another example is the so-called Parsley Massacre. If you said perajil without trilling the R, it meant that you were likely Haitian. That means that Chibileth's can be used both as good and as evil.
