How to Use High Energy to Connect Other People

I think it's act of it's something you have to learn if it's not innate to you, obviously. My brother-in-law is a perfect example. He is very high energy and dominates all the conversations. But what he has learned to do is to use that dominance to connect people into the conversation. It's done wonders for him in his personal life and his professional life but it was something that he had to learn over time.
