The Duchess Comes Clean

Belinda finds herself in a large Victorian office room. A body was sat behind a bigish desk. All it did was speak, speak in a voice, instantly, remememable. The Duchess is at the top of everything. How can she be? There was a there was literally a chapter called The Duchess Comes Clean and then she didn't really reveal anything. So book five, chapter of what would it be? Can we get a pull up? But it kind of makes sense because she was talking about there being some sort of higher plan or yeah. Maybe there's maybe there's more to the Duchess than we thought.
