The Influence of Hellenistic Judaism on Christianity

Aristotle argued that God was in fact the infinite, and therefore the unmoved mover. The Christian fathers also asserted that God was unchanging or immutable. Christianity grew out of Judaism and never entirely lost its Jewish roots. For instance, Bylo's piety was based on the platonic dualistic conception of the world.
