Is the US Government Incompetent?

i just hope that pentagon doesn't, in order to try to hide things, find some way to start geucento war or something to distract us. That's an awful thing to say, but it would not be the first time that war hs been excused. i'm trying to really understand why the us. Government would be so incentived to hush this stuff up. And what i'm hearing is there may have been crimes committed to keep thei secret s interest. It might be that they do not wish to seem a sort of incompetent, not being in control of things.
