i'm curious how that approach might change based on whether you're atually imbedded within the organization or acting as a free lancer on the outside. As a consultant is it's harder, for sure, cause you have generally less of the knowledge before you go,. The ramp up period is a lot harder, a lot shorter. Ond, yes, always better to under promise overdeliver in that regard.
