How to Get More People on the Wagon and Lose Weight in a Month
People eating in the morning metabolize far more effectively and there's a number of studies that I've seen show that. The same food, but given at different times the day produces quite different outcomes when it comes to weight loss and metabolic benefits. There's so many little avenues there that I would love to go down. But obviously, for a second time, you're a busy man. I don't want to consume all your morning. Just a few points to highlight there is having that every second month, as you say, two kilos off in a month,. Having a month to plateau that step process gives people from a behavioral point of view. It's very holistic in that sense.
