The joy of working at man group today is that we've got people from different divisions and different backgrounds and different approaches. The discretionary division will think about things in a different way to the systematic division that I work in. We tend to look at things much less as here's a regime and let's put a number on the probability of that regime happening because those numbers are so difficult to quantify rather we will look at if you see these types of movements in data sets how do they influence the relatively short term movements in different markets.
