What's the Biggest Challenge for Non-Profits?
It's interesting because it's a mindset shift that I've seen elsewhere as well. When I worked at volunteering England, one of the projects that we were funded to do was to try and tie the infrastructure in the sporting world. The biggest area of volunteer involvement across the UK is in sports volunteering. But exactly the same issue. They wouldn't necessarily link in, for example, the local volunteer center because it wasn't sport oriented enough. So it's interesting to hear that that's exactly the same within the heritage sector as within sport.
