How to Turn Over Your Own Property
The co-hosting model has opened up doors for both Annette and myself. If you want to turn these over yourself, that increases that amount by a couple of hundred dollars at least. And I can't tell you how many beautiful relationships I now have with these individual property owners who are real estate investors. It's a really beautiful situation that happens, right?
