The Roots of Spiritual Problems

The guy who's late, that is a spiritual problem. That's actually not a business problem. And the person who's bored at work, that's a creative problem. So I'm just really saying that there's a through line with these three things and they're not really separate,. But you know, when you make adjustments on people, there is something there that can be tweaked.
