Is the Church the Primary Agency of the Kingdom?

The church is meant to be the primary solution. The problem is the church is in a mess. So what do you do? You've got to call the church of Jesus Christ back to Jesus Christ. I think that's what confession of sin is in a lot of confession of sin. That's what prayer is. It's called in the Church of Jesus Christ about the Jesus Christ, that the church might become the primary agency of the Kingdom of God. We'd rather be gullible than cynical; why don't we dare to believe that this might just multiply into some kind of a new movement?"
