The Immaterial Principle Continues, Right?
The whole of the creature passes away at death. There's no continuing principle which is distinct in man who has, you know, Aristotle and St. Thomas and nutrition. Even the bodies of the animals or the trees can't be resurrected properly speaking. They could be reconstituted. Recreated, yeah, but it's not resurrected because there's nothing common that continues here.
