How Do You Deal With Submissions?

We still have open submissions. Some one reads all those emales. They all go to our reader, m and then she compiles a report of all the submissions we've had that week. And then our editors also have access to that in box. So basically we have a great big email in box which the ire company can look in and say, this is really good.
