How to Find the Right Person for Your Business
I think I spent too much of my career putting my businesses first. And now I'm trying to find the balance, what do I want? What do I need? So trusting that the business can thrive without me is a sense of achievement in itself. But then also letting go and saying, DAP is my main focus and my absolute passion. So I need to let yellow door go in order for it to succeed without me. Then I can also give DAP for a nap of my energy. Because that will make me a better entrepreneur if I'm in the right space.
