Strength Training for Runners
If you have sharp pain any time when you're running that is prolonged, stop. It's not worth it for what could happen longer term. And i wantto come back to the strength training for runners,. ecause i think that's also something that people cannt put trent training and running in separate categories but they should go hand in hand. Ama a, and the other common thing that comes up is knee pain. So where should some one start if they're starting to get a niggling knee? When we run, our feet will naturally pronate. Not everybody has that same type of pronation at foot level. Some might even be what we call supernate
