Ep. 111: Fighting for Conscience and Religious Liberty at CVS
Bioethics on Air

Introduction
CVS, along with other pharmacies, has announced its intention to dispense the chemical abortion drug Mepopristone. In October 2021, a nurse practitioner at a CVS Minute Clinic in Keller, Texas, and a devout Christian was fired for refusing to prescribe contraceptive and abortifation drugs. She filed a lawsuit against CVS claiming she was unjustly terminated on the basis of her religious beliefs. Today I am speaking with Jonathan Berry, a partner at Boyden Gray and one of the attorneys involved with the case. He was our guest for Bioethics on Air podcast 81, titled Legal Perspectives on the Federal Vaccine Mandate.
