I'm Not Doing It. I've Blocked It Off

I don't actually attend any meetings in the morning. I'm not doing it. Like that's my creative time. So I kind of blocked it off. But yeah, that's really cool that you communicated and you were transparent about that upfront. I believe more jobs are going that direction. Yeah. It makes sense because as a company, why would you not want your employees to do their best work? Right? You're you're stifling what they're then able to do.
