Game Development Framework - Phaser
Phaser is the game development framework I'm currently in love with. It's based on JavaScript and uses the canvas, so you never have to deal with any of the canvases. The other thing is a website called easing.net which includes all these little easing functions and animations that make your animations really feel alive.
