Angular's Feedback App for Google

There was a constant and continuous refactoring process of turning this bunch of random code into a reusable framework that we could offer to the world. When did it initially release publicly? Again, what does publicly mean? Version 1.0 or when we open sourced it? That was right before we brought the code into Google but really it was not something that we set out to do.
