We have to understand that nature is beyond monetary value. We can use ecosystem services and he monetary as a kind of short hand on a very superficial level, but in the heart of heart, we cannot measure it. Just because you pay less for milk doesn't mek the water less valuable. So measurement and meaning must come together. Measurement and meaning should be maried rather than separated. At the moment, people have separated meaning from the measure. This is te problem of our time. I think i am not denying the importance of measurement. For material things you can measure. But for that there is a non material aspect of life that you cannot measure. Those two like we're measuring
