How to Get Back to Your Emotions
For many of us, a way to get grounded or centered or reconnected is by taking what we call here, sacred pause. And so the muscle relaxation and breath can be an important skill as we are looking at ways we can come home to ourselves. Another strategy is from DBT and that is operating in opposition to your emotions. So even though I feel like isolating myself, I'm going to do the opposite. Right?
