Once sat them, sama caranamucha, at that point inactivity, you do not have to act. In other words, there is no mental activity involved any more. Once i have control over my own mind, it is not getting affected by the happenings in this world around me and how they affect me. Now i can think about who i am. And that's theana yoga of contemplation. This chapter is a link the second segment of bagagita, which is gnanioga. Second set of six chapters will describe gnanio, yoga of knowledge. The identity of the supreme being is discussed in the next six chapters.
