Is There Any Catholic Priest Who Can Do an Exorcism?

An exorcism is a liturgical rite within the Catholic church, so there is a prescribed way for it to be done. People just by virtue of their own holiness and virtue their presence could cause evil to leave. Exorcisms cannot be performed on someone against their will because we all have free will. If somebody is freely choosing to do evil, we can pray that they change but you can't drag them in and bind them with an exorcism.
